I haven`t seen this picture ever, but I now the "adidas bag" is from Play Big. The Figure is original
Playmobil with a Number on Paper.

As you can see on the picture below, the items on the picture originate from Olympia sets produced by PLAY-BIG in 1976.

Let's say the green Klicky on your picture "got lost in a wrong environment"...
